70miles

Didn't go to the gym today. But I rode 70 miles on my bicycle. And I bypassed the cookies at the rest stop and had an apple instead. Had a cookie and a half with lunch. Forgot my protein drink this morning. Left it sitting on the counter. Had a banana muffin and an orange instead. But I limited to one banana muffin. For lunch I had a roasted veggie and cheese sandwhich on thick pieces of homemade bread. it was really good. I also had black eyed peas and pasta salad. When I got back from the ride I was really hungry. Half an eggless egg sandwhich, a big bowl of chili, a very small piece (sliver) of cheesecake and a lot of veggies a couple of which i dipped into spinach, dip. And a vegan chocolate chip cookie. I bypassed the chips, banana nuffins, donuts, more cheesecake, chocolate, and twislers. I did well.
